i am a licensed marriage and family therapist practicing in california, rhode island, massachusetts, and florida.

My practice is women-centered, with an additional niche in perinatal/maternal mental health. I love helping women feel empowered and connected to their inner bad-ass as they navigate through the various phases of their lives. I want women to feel supported as they dismantle the internalized expectations they have unconsciously adapted.

I truly believe that the foundational component of a successful therapy experience is the interpersonal connection between therapist and client. My clients would describe me as being relatable and easy-going. (*I like to say that I live in the “real world” too!*) That said, I will “lovingly” call people out on their $h!t!

Our work together will be meaningful and productive, but I also “guarantee” a few laughs each session. (Warning: there may be an occasional F-bomb dropped!)

A few “fun facts” about working with me:

1. I consistently run ON TIME! (But, you don’t have to- lol!) I set my schedule to include a small buffer of time between sessions. This allows me to be centered and focused on you during your session, but also allows for a little adjustment time if needed.

2. I will remember all kinds of odd details about your life and the people in it, and I will check in with you before/around significant life events. (I sometimes remember “your” stuff better than I recall my own!)

*Some additional information about the “real world” me: I’m a mom who is embracing having kids who are away at college. I’m well-versed in food allergies, and have been gluten-free for more years than I can count. I hope that I am never forced to choose between having access to the beach and access to the mountains. I spent the decade of my 20’s living in Huntington Beach, CA, and 90’s alternative music is my soundtrack. I am a big believer in “energy” and our ability to manifest. I do an abundance practice on the first of every month, and I do full/new moon rituals, incorporating things like journaling, tarot cards, and crystals.

hey, i’m jane!
